On Tuesday, November 25, the service will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM due to a service break.
After 1:00 PM, the login process for the service will change:
The old login fields that users previously typed their credentials will be removed.
- You will instead see a “University of Helsinki login”-button, that you can click.
- On the SSO page, click “Continue to SSO login”, if prompted.
(For other account types (eg. group- or course accounts), please use “Local login” instead and follow the instructions). - Enter your credentials in the format: username@ad.helsinki.fi, if required.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will also be required periodically for added security.
